We Are A Proud Partner of HearStrong

Through our partnership with the HearStrong Foundation, we were able to fit Andrea with brand new Oticon hearing aids! Andrea has worn hearing aids all her life, but recently they were no longer helping her because they were outdated. With the impact of Covid, it became difficult for Andrea to understand people. We were connected with Andrea through HearStrong and Lemon(aids). We are honored to be involved with such incredible organizations and to set Andrea up with new hearing aids. Congratulations Andrea!

Your First Appointment

  • Our friendly receptionist will greet you and help you feel at home. No matter which one of our offices you go to, you'll find that the lobby is a nice and cozy place with comfortable couches and a coffee bar. If you haven't yet printed and filled out your paperwork (available online here), we'll give you the chance to fill it out in our office.
  • We keep wait times minimal, so you won't be sitting in the lobby for long before our hearing instrument specialist calls you in for your appointment.
  • We'll bring you back to the testing room, and begin by having a conversation. We want to get to know you and make sure we understand what's brought you to see us today. Once we’ve talked with you about your hearing, lifestyle, and listening environments then we will start the testing process.
  • We give you a full hearing screening in our sound booth using headphones. Our testing is straightforward and painless, and it includes pure tone testing, speech discrimination, speech recognition, and bone conduction.
  • After your hearing test we'll have another conversation about your results. We will go over your hearing loss in detail because we want you to be informed about your own hearing health. Lastly, we’ll go over what treatment would be best for you.
  • If your hearing loss is only mild and you don't need hearing aids yet, we recommend an annual hearing test just to keep your ear health in check. We'll also recommend hearing protection to help slow or prevent additional hearing loss.
  • If we feel your hearing loss would respond well to hearing aids, we'll discuss which hearing aids would best fit your needs. There's never any pressure or stress during this time. We just want to find a good solution so that you can hear your best.
  • When you're ready to move forward with hearing aids, we will place your order and get in touch to schedule a fitting after they arrive.
